This privacy policy explains how the mobile game Loco Bandits (the "game") handles your information. The game is made by Kineto-Soft ("we", "us"), kineto-soft.com.
The short version: we do not collect, store or share any personal data. The game has no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and it does not send your data to us.
None. The game does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information, and it does not send any information to Kineto-Soft or to anyone else.
Your progress (heists won, stars, in-game gold and Gold Nuggets, riders, guns, upgrades, items you bought and your settings) is saved in a file in the game's private storage on your device. This file never leaves your device. We cannot see it, and we cannot recover it for you.
Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data in your device settings, deletes this file and your progress with it.
The game is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases. Google Play handles every purchase. Google collects and processes your payment details and purchase information under its own terms and privacy policy. We never see your payment details.
When you buy something, Google Play tells the game on your device which item was bought, so the game can give it to you. The game saves the item in your local save file. We do not receive this information and we do not run any server.
To see or manage your purchases, or to ask for a refund, use your Google Play account or Google Play support.
The game shows no advertising and contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting software. It does not use your device's advertising ID.
The game plays offline. It uses the internet only through Google Play when you make a purchase. The "Privacy policy" button in the game's Settings opens this page in your device's web browser. It may use your device's vibration (you can turn this off in the game's Settings). It does not ask for access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or files.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and its store listing is for ages 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because the game collects no personal information at all. If you believe a child has sent us personal information (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.
Because we do not collect your data, we do not store or keep it. Your save file stays on your device until you delete it as described in section 2. If you email us, we use your email only to answer you and delete it when the conversation is over, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, the Turkish KVKK or US state laws), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. Because the game does not collect personal data, we hold none about you. If you have a question, contact us.
If the game changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above before the change takes effect.
